Good environment for growth and work. I've been working with the company for about two years. I began my career as a beginner position, but over the past two years, the company has provided me the opportunity to learn a lot via my profession and work on-site on projects. So long as you're willing to develop professionally, it's a terrific organization. Further, employees receive monthly training from the company, allowing them to update their abilities per the profession's demands and the current labor market. The company offers numerous benefits, and your salary is proportional to your experience level in the same domain.

The management is courteous and treats each employee with dignity. Furthermore, twice a year, management meets with employees to discuss ways to develop themselves, be more productive, and how the organization can suit their demands.

Managers hire people from different backgrounds which is great but the pay is not. People leave after a few months, so co-workers come and go all the time. The majority of the positions are on call basis, very few people are permanent at the office. 

HR is barely present at the office, if non existent. If you have an issue HR will NOT resolve it, unless they experience it first hand. 

Boss yells at employees in front of the other co-workers. Also yells at people over the phone and calls them names (e.g. stupid) Lots of travel and more than 8hrs a day work, no overtime pay when you're travelling.

I started working with AMS in 2023 and it’s been two years. The team here is wonderful who keeps you motivating. The Management ensures that everyone is growing by offering the personal development training. 

They hire new immigrant on low cost. 
 Everyone is on on casual basis, Never on permanent. If you wanna work 14 hrs a day then go ahead. Look at the iteration. Nobody stick in this company for more than 6 months.

Albion has the best work environment that i have been a part of. It supports its employees and creates a very friendly environment. If you work hard and commit to it you will definitely be rewarded as you deserve.
