Management - If you're helpful they will take advantage of it, if you help too long whatever you do becomes your job and no talk of increased pay , if ya burn out because of it they will reprimand you for not doing it anymore.  Anything goes wrong and they walk around threatening jobs, saying they pay you too much, and berate you.

workplace culture - out in the yard everyone appears to be pretty good and friendly with eachother, inside the office everyone is out to step on you, blame their mistakes on others, management forces you to do the work for their friends and blindly believes everything they tell them.  No support from management or coworkers with a few exceptions.  There is a group of people that actually know what they are doing and are helpful when you go to them but even they have begun to stay in their lane because they are tired of putting out fires that are caused by lack of management and/or interference by management.  Outside leadership is not bad theres only a couple of them they help out whenever they can based on my interactions with them I believe they are the only "management" staff that actually deserve my admiration , respect and their titles , office management can learn a lot from them 

Hardest part - doing the work, going the extra mile and then management either takes the credit within the company or will give the credit to someone else.  Managements employee favoritism is common place within the office culture.

Most enjoyable - aside from leaving at the end of the shift which people also get flack for it was the few workers there that do their best and work together instead of tearing you down, those people are the reason I even bother sticking around, I don't wanna leave them behind with no support.
