What is the best part of working at the company?
Management is good, no one bothers you unless you fulfill your duties and responsibilities. 
No nonsense politics....

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing, everything goes smoothly. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Absolutely yes, all the co workers and manager are very supportive. No nonsense politics at all. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We got your whole month work, you pick up choose what you want to in a particular day. Go to the work site do your things and back to home.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, the company has no sense of itself and is scattered in all directions!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There’s no continuity in direction or leadership and the employees are left to their own devices to provide answers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There really isn’t any. Silos from department to department.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Break fix is basically rule of the day. Fighting fires.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good diversity of equipment to work on

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owners and managers all micro manage each employee and there’s lots of yelling and screaming 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic environment and workers are made to feel like they are expendable.

Excellent work schedule, very fast passed work installing new bas systems in building hvac. The only downside is that we have to remove the old Pneumatic setup and alter the existing VAV’s

Incredible organization to work for fair and equitable with focus on employee growth . They treat valued employees with respect and understanding and are very progressive in the work that they look to retain .

Management sucks, high turnover. Will force you to do more work for less pay. Not worth the time or effort to work here. Staff will attest to the monotonous tasks and constant yelling from management and customers.

Ambient mechanical Limited provides a fun and supportive atmosphere for its employees.  The company offers room for advancement and competitive wages.

Wide variety of equipment and projects to learn and work on. 

Projects are well run and I enjoy the ease of understanding between employees and management on job roles.

Ambient Mechanical is a busy place.  New challenges, new systems, decent training, good team effort.  I left due to moving otherwise I would still be there.
