poor terminal 
always having to fight for your paycheck 
they say they have a safety bonus but never given out 
they say they have a recrutement bonus but never paid out 
lots of work but you don't have the confidence in the office team 
be creative with log book or eld 
everyone is in the bad books for some reason 
don't g into the office terminal  if you can.  avoid it 
very clicky bully some or belligerent rude  aggressive

Everyday working there is stressful. Hoping you don't break down because they don't fix their equipment

Worst place ever to work. They are very cheap and the most useless dispatch

The day I left was the only good thing

Never knowing if the dispatch  was going to answer the phone

Close to the worst place I ever worked

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start at 3am and with any luck finished  14 hrs later. Forced to drive when out of hours as nobody would come and get you

Good work environment overall, very busy place always lots to do.
If you are willing to work there is plenty of work. 
Great place for someone willing to put the time in to get ahead.
The owner is a good man and very reasonable and understanding.

This employer makes it easy to juggle freedom of the open road and still have time to spend at home with my family. They are a family oriented company and Highly recommend them.

Good work home balance. Pay is satisfactory. I was taught if you can't say anything nice, so I will leave it there. Watch out for yourself and realize it's a business not a friendship

never know when u start they tell you few hour before ur shift to come in at 10 pm to 12 pm next day  so very unhealty so i quit and it very unstable hour . They dont pay overtime

It's a trucking company.

Dedicated miami runs- sounds great at first but gets boring.
Good pay.
Well maintained equipment.
Lots if local drivers so highway driver means highway driver.

i worked in the maintenance shop on the Trucks and trailers. the guys in the shop are a good group, and very helpful to one another. management is reasonable and fair.
