Decent job and okay pay(as a starting role). But overall would not recommend

Here are some reason why: 

- The manager is extremely cheap and micromanages from time to time. He is very traditional (Chinese) in his thought and does not consider other's advice

- Only ever company I've worked for where you physically have to punch in with your finger while being monitored and scolded at for being late 

- Work hours are from 8:30-5PM with only a half an hour lunch break

- Get frowned upon if you step outside to grab a coffee or a quick smoke [expected to work like a robot and only take breaks during the half hour mentioned above] 

- No training or support provided whatsoever and are expected to increase sales in your channels out of magic 

- Huge barrier with headquarters (in China) and lack of communication on products and support

- No room for advancement and preference is given to external applicants

I was happy working there over a year, all departments such as, show room, management, accounting, and the warehouse, were related. the location was sort of achey, a few convinent places or restaurants. Also only 1 hour break in middle of the shift made the day longer than it seems. I recommend youth/ hard worker to join or try their luck to build new experiences in multi-culture environment.

If you want to be miserable with anxiety issue, this is the right place for you. Employees are constantly humiliated,  and berated by the GM. He believes micromanagement and never acknowledges the hard work and success of other. He is constantly there to highlight mistakes and blow them out of proportion. No HR department and they can fire you whenever they want.

Easy job, coworkers are super chill and easy to get along with. Pay is just ok. There is some room for growth. Half hour lunch. It's a really chill environment. When dealing with the headquarters be prepared to take any and all feedback given. There is absolutely no slacking because they check up on you all the time. So if you're focused on doing your job, you're good. 

A typical work day includes picking orders, assisting customers and acquiring parts for shipment. Also, on a slow day usually one will participate in cleaning, organizing and replenishing products.

The HR and operations managers, whose English accents I could barely understand by guessing, questioned my Canada experience throughout the interview. Then they ghosted me; they definitely had self-confidence issues and were unqualified.

Low job security and micro management happened in the workplace with no opportunity to grow.
Expectations change frequently through verbal directions without documentations. 
Some nice colleagues might be the only pros.

warehouse workers are only give one break a day (which is against Canadian labour law i might add)
Hot dirty work environment
Lots of heavy lifting
long house
no job security at all

Pls. Stay away if ever they called you i just got lay off without any warning i was the first employee to work ther when they open, manager is not organized at alll stay away.

They are friendly and nice to me.
Rise my salary twice a year.
 But due to the my personal issue I have to quit.
I will miss all of them.
