Working at this job has been a very positive experience. Since starting, I have had the opportunity to develop new skills, gain valuable work experience, and work alongside a supportive team. The work environment is welcoming and professional, making it easy to feel comfortable and motivated during each shift. Management is approachable and willing to provide guidance when needed, which has helped me grow in my role. I have also appreciated the flexibility and trust given to employees, allowing me to take on responsibilities and build confidence. The team works well together and creates a positive atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. Through this position, I have improved my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will benefit me in future opportunities. Overall, I am grateful for my time here and would recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a supportive and rewarding job experience.

I shot photos and videos of an APD tradeshow under a freelance marketing contract. Communication between APD and myself was excellent, and expectations were made clear from the onset. A collaborative approach was easy, as I always received prompt feedback to any questions related to the project. Good vibes with all I dealt with, and the fair value contract was paid promptly upon completion.

Easy and chill  job but wage are minium .

Driving which is not stressful.

Environment is Really good. Everyone respect each other

Not busy some few car parts just need to deliver. Some time one air  filter or sparkplug.

The welcoming fun environment

Getting deliveries on time when in heavy traffic

Welcoming, helpful, fun, inclusive 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
On a busy day about 27 deliveries, on slower days only about 15 so we clean around the work area

Some of the people where not backstabbers

Dealing with a manager that didn't like me

Some good people but it was run poorly as safety was a joke

lack of organization, poorly managed.

confusion, lack of leadership.

It is a very fast based business with some great employees. I still learn new things every day. The management genuinely cares about it's employees. 
It does become chaotic as it is super busy. We do try to add fun where we can. 

Work and work load was fine and even enjoyable sometimes. Compensation is lack luster but adequate. 

The toughest part of the job is juggling the managements emotions and moods. Less than professional and very difficult to succeed.
