What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working for ATC was definitely the management and my colleagues. The support was incredible and if ever given the opportunity, I would certainly return to work for this organization.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was working in Admissions. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment was definitely positive.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Numerous phone calls and campus tours for potential students.

I went through four rounds of interviews with this company, but after that, I never heard back from them, despite following up multiple times. The interviews themselves lacked clarity regarding work hours and compensation, and I was told upfront that many students were dissatisfied and problematic because they weren’t receiving the certificates they were promised. Overall, the process was disappointing and unprofessional

Toronto Campus if you want to be used and abused and underpaid (Instructors) and have no set hours dependent on classes sold, then work here. Also the shop no way represents a real dealership shop, no tools or modern cars to demo with . Management will do as they please with a passive aggressive director having full run of the place  and no recourse when treated unfairly. Glad I  went back to the Bench

I liked working at ATC as the computer instructor.  I was able to further develop the computer program so that it was more relevant for our students.  I also was given an opportunity to learn new administrative skills as the Student Services Coordinator.

Amazing team dynamics throughout the campus...a friendly and enjoyable work environment.  Management and processes are structured in a manner that benefits both students and staff.  Inspired by watching students become confident in their field of study...an absolute recommend.

Productive workplace with free parking and Staff members are friendly. As well Instructors are very helpful and know their stuff. Auto programs are excellent.  Placement rate for Graduates is also very, very good.  A real team atmosphere here.

Maintaining a class of up to 15 adult students. Guiding students through 9-week course on Windows XP, internet use and Office 2003-2010. Other topics include hardware, graphics and critical thinking.

I've learned a lot, supportive director and the team is outgoing and cohesive. A great place to work, a sales job with a great work to life  balance. A great spot to diversify sales skills

This was a rewarding place to work, there is a termendous amount of student/teacher interation and support from the managment.While working there Im was able to design and create my own curriculum.
