$14 per hour, long hours in the sun, very disorganized. I don't suggest it at all, I would work 14 hour days, with sometimes NO breaks since I would be in the berry field. Management is not well put together at all. I was working there for 2 seasons, my final season I got prompted to a supervisor since ours quit - didn't get a hire back

At Barrie Hill Farms it was a great atmosphere for all of the workers. Most of the supervisors were very nice, but the lead manager was not everyone's favourite person. Everything that had to be done, had to be done her way. Any other way was considered wrong.

This company puts a lot of effort into making their farm run as effectively as possible. They are sufficient are care immensly about their customers well being.

It was very stressful  they fire very easily and little bathroom breaks as long with very hot worj conditions in the summer it was a stressful experience
