Coordinators who have no regard for staff's safety because they are so  money driven.

Casual when there is some down time but usually high crisis.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each day looks different. No two days are the same because the clients are impulsive, drama driven. So most days are different but high crisis environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Autonomy and flexibility in work schedule.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Managing personalities and varied expectations within a multi-disciplinary team.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supportive culture. Client focused. Can be isolated since it is one to one work with clients on your caseload.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
1-3 sessions with clients in their homes or communities working on meeting their physical, educational, employment and emotional goals.

Sessions include one to one work to facilitate rehabilitation oriented goals for the clients we work with. The majority of our clients have sustained an acquired brain injury from motor vehicle accidents. 

There are no set hours. Client come and go and our time with them is based on their needs and their schedule. This could mean that work hours are 7 days a week at any time during the day, other then overnights. As a result, this can be difficult to balance family life, if you have kids.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Permitted independence and trust to work independently if experienced nit micro managed 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Hours worked when off the clock doing reports updates communication and travel time underpaid

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Excellent.  Good experienced knowledge and sirection if needed.  Friendly supportive professional staff

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy    Job is client based and oriority is to service the clients needs

The owners only care about the money they take from the families and half their clients shouldn't even be in their program as they don't need it yet the owners don't remove them as that would be lose in money. They hire people that make fun of people with advanced needs right to the clients faces and don't care when its brought up to them. They say they'll train you to restrain clients properly yet not once received said training 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Salary was good.Got to meet great members of the community 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Job security seemed to be in question hence why I am no longer there.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Never really worked with other colleagues.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meet with a client for the allotted time. Provide companionship or care

Was a wonderful company to work for. Supervisors were great and very understanding. Listened to concerns and generally cared about the staff. Very laid back environment normally. Co-workers were fun and easy to get along with. Times when you got paid to play games with the clients all afternoon or to go to the gym with them. Clients that we dealt with were more violent and those who had lost placements.

Rehab team is cooperative and professional.
