If you need a paycheck, great... go there. If you want a chance to move up in your career, look elsewhere. You will be micromanaged and given goals that are difficult if not impossible to meet. This would be fine if management would actually disclose the formula or even numbers that they used to come up with their quotas. Overall, too much hiding information here, too much sweeping stuff under the rug and a lot of the good ol' boys club. Management has gone downhill in the past 3-4 years.

Since being acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals, the culture has dramatically changed. The parent company is focused on future acquisitions, talent, and assets.  As such, it is a constant revolving door for existing employees. And those who stay, are constantly reacting and changing courses based on the latest thinking by management.

The products and selection are excellent.  However, the management team went unchecked and treated employees unfairly, with little regard for their personal well being.
