•	Delivered solutions to clients and handled complaints carefully in a professional manner, as well as entered all complaints, feedbacks, and requests into the database system 
•	Executed customer transactions, advised clients about the company credit cards, lifetime warranty, and the layaway program                                                                                                                                          
•	Answered and returned calls, sent/responded to emails, completed financial transactions, booked appointments with clients, and reminded customers of their upcoming payments 
•	Opened and closed store, operated cash registers, responsible for cheques and deposits to the bank
•	Processed transfers, received customers and store orders. Engaged in products ticketing and inventory operation yearly as well expand sales and services to the existing customers which resulted in a 15% increase in annual revenue

Typical day at work is opening the store get the cash register ready for the day, displaying diamond merchandise in the glass display and cleaning all the glass displays. Banking. Interaction with customers. Learned a good product knowledge and a great customer service. Management  changes often. Good co-workers from different places, makes it interesting. The hardest part of the job is to be on your feet all day and trying to  make your target as it is very compatible. The most enjoyable part of the job is to meet different customers from all walks of life.

Learning new skills and meeting customers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management.  In was a very toxic environment.  Manager constantly bullying and disrespecting employees in front of customers, other employees, etc.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very toxic environment.  Each day you went to work, wondering how the manager was going to treat you.  Very dramatic environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Okay, when the manager is not scheduled to work.

My staff was wonderful and fantastic to work with, unfortunately upper management was a little to cut throat for my liking. I built a team working together atmosphere that the district manager was always trying to destroy. It was the only part of my job that I did not enjoy, her constant micromanaging that was unmotivating for me and my staff. The DM was ruthless and tried to push her style of management on me. A wolf in sheep's clothing, truly disappointing.

A day at Ben Moss was to help customers find the jewellery they was looking for. I learned a lot about diamonds and different types of stones. Management was rough at first but once they did a few changes management was amazing.
I loved all my co-workers they were just like family. Hardest part of the job was always keeping secrets from loved ones that would call or stop in wanting to know if husbands were buying engagement rings. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing happy faces.

I enjoyed my time at Ben Moss, the people were a joy to be around and we worked well as a team. I can honestly say that the people I worked with before I left were the most fun that I have experienced. I am still in contact with a few of my former co-workers.
I learned how to "co manage" the store. How to prepare packages for head office, do the bank deposits, close out at the end of the day. Inventory of the store, this was the hardest part. The most enjoyable part for me was my co-workers.

Ben Moss was one of the my favourite work places that I have worked at. A typical day at work would consist of helping customers, fulfilling the opening/closing procedures, cleaning the store and packing merchandise. The management at Ben Moss was absolutely terrific, they were very understanding and willing to work around with their staffs needs/wants. My favourite part about this job was making people happy, working with a good staff and having a understanding management.

I really enjoyed my job, jewelry holds a passion for me, enjoyed working with the staff and we never turned staff over quickly which speaks well for the company. Most enjoyable part of the job was helping customers realize their dreams whether something from our stock or custom designing. This is a commission base job which puts added pressure on you for job security.

I enjoyed my time working with BMJ, staff was always friendly and like a second family. Starting wage was a little above minimum for new recruits, but you do earn commission as well. I personally worked long hours, sometimes 6+ shifts in a rows and over 50+ hours a week on occasions (being salary, I rcvd no OT). Which can be exhausting, both mentally and physically.
