The C-level team is always trying to stay in touch with the staff which I really appreciate and their policies in terms of reviews, performance is very transparent. I really enjoy my particular team and my manager's collaboration style. From what I can tell, other Divisions work pretty well together and overall the culture is great because most are engineers and project managers etc. who all have common goals in mind. The perks are also the best I have ever experienced while working anywhere. 

It is a well managed professional company except for the Geomatics team. Nepotism, bullying, and manipulation tainted my experience. High turn over of staff. Poor maintenance of vehicles. Don’t believe what they say but what they do especially regarding your goals. Fortunately the work was off site otherwise I would have left after the first week. The rest of the company seemed very well run. Good place to gain experience and then move on when better opportunities are available. 

Fast paced, challenging environment. Great for people who have new ideas, who can work collaboratively with others. 

Senior management are great advocates for people. Mid-management does not seem to take managing people seriously and need to do more aside from technical work. 


Binnie has a young culture and they care about their employees. 
Most people are kind and the work environment is very clean.
They also got lots of excited events often.

The most enjoyable part of working at Binnie for me is the satisfaction I get from working with great teams on meaningful and challenging projects in my community.


I have learned a lot of skills while working at Binnie. The work environment was good but the survey department was poorly managed. It would not go far under the current management.
