LONG days 12 + hours. Truck fleet are old and unreliable always breaking down. High turn around of employees. 
Middle management awesome hard working people always helping the little guy. Upper managment! not much to say. I took the job as it had benefits,  bonus's and overtime, Bonus is at the discretion of owner upon performance and client satisfation. and overtime is averaged out over a 4 week period, with most accounts as monthly accounts last week of the month very slow so all overtime hours are out the window.


I worked at this company for a while, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. There is no clear job description, and management's opinions change constantly. Sometimes, the manager's opinions are very unreasonable. I used to try to moderate their opinions, but eventually, I realized it was futile and just started saying yes to everything. There is no opportunity for advancement, the salary is not fair, and the environment is extremely stressful.

sometimes due to shortage of labour of labour and lack of management decisions,has to face problem at work,or shortage of required quantity,it becomes very difficult to manage but  due to some wrong decisions I learned how to manage and achieve the required amount,no one is happy with the management's wrong decisions.Due to heavy burden on afternoon shift co-workers very depressed.

A busy environment with many products coming through and testing as per quality standards. I've learnt to work within my constraints and adapt to each specific customer.

Con: The environment is hectic due to the size of the company and the amount of clients we service.

If you want to be over-worked, underpaid, lied to and have your rights violated, this is a great place. However, if you want to be treated like a human being, avoid at all costs.
The owner is a tyrant who isn't real big on reason, only emotional responses to situations. As owner, this is her prerogative, but does nothing to improve working conditions.

Had the opportunity to continue to grow my knowledge base and gain experience in different areas. I could rely on my service tech to get the job done 

Job was very simple with very limited room to growth.

Female hygiene service, very dirty warehouse.

Very high turnover rate, sometime drivers hours checked by accounting department due to discrepancies. 

No air condition in the building, very cold working environment.

Fast pace environment with very knowledgeable co-workers. Fun sales team. Growing company and room to grow with the company. Excellent service provided by the service team that results in happy customers.

Everything I want to say is negative! Rules change by the minute! Everything in that place is about accounts receivables even when it’s not part of your contract! The aim to ensure you fail! They do everything to fire you! 

I went there through Agency, so the salary wasn't attractive. The working environment was full of chemicals but we used the PPE and other safety apparatus.
