Nice workplace. They're really proud of everything they've done and keep talking about their next projects, which is somehow encouraging and nice at first. I had another kind of experience sadly, as soon as the project reached a little down, they started cutting left and right. Even tho we had signed contracts, my permanent position was abolished. Hours and salary were also affected. Management has little experience and it shows !

In my experience, Biron is not a good place to work. I have found that some of the managers lack the necessary skills and know-how to effectively support their teams. This seems to be a widespread issue, as it feels that some individuals in leadership positions may not have the qualifications for their roles, despite holding post-secondary credentials. Additionally, the IT department's performance has been frustrating and unreliable, reminiscent of other problematic systems.

I work at the airport, at first it was great to work there. Although you dont have any benefits the salary it’s alright but there’s a lot of injustice there. The supervisors, the administration, etc. they are the worst. They cut your hours, they won’t hear our concerns, if you make an anonymous complaint EVERYONE will know and there’s no one who will actually hear the workers. There so many injustice to put in this review. Just try to avoid it 

Most toxic place i’ve worked at. Fast paced, no real support from management and all that on a salary/benefits thats not competitive AT ALL

You’re expected to work long hours too

- was working as front desk
- scheduling and trading shifts was a mess for the amount of employees they had.
- management seems to not have any communication between each other and with the employees 
- pay was passable for the amount of work that we were tasked to do. 

I love all the years I have worked for the company. I wish I would have had more understanding about some situations but I am in overall very proud and satisfied of my experience. It made me grow alot as a person and as a professional and I am proud and honoured of what I have learned 

Poor values and culture. It doesn’t matter how hard you work or how long you’ve been there, they can just turn your career around. They are not loyal to their employees as much as the employees are to them. Career advancement is very possible but only if it’s convenient to them. 

I would stay away from this place. The turn around rate is so bad. The bosses don’t care about you. They just want to squeeze you dry and care only about money

You had an opion to do overtime if you desired. Work is seasonal, so prepare to not meet your number of hours some week which is of a disadvantage. seniority matters
