Be careful with this company. They seem all friendly and supportive at first but very disorganized.  They do not know how to run the projects or their money. They are in over their heads most of the time and clients have no idea. The staff is over worked. BTY promises promotions, bonuses yet they can not deliver. They steal ideas from the staff, work them hard until complete with deadlines but panic when they did not hit their expected revenue.  CEOs promote early retirement to allow the younger employees to grow yet won't step down and are now panicked when the money is not there for retirement. Make sure you get everything in writing and notarized. They are all talk and no substance. Not sure how much longer they will last if they keep spending money on frivolous things and issues. Honor your employees.  Don't tear them down or throw them away.

BTY Group is a great place to grow and collaborate with talented professionals. The leadership is supportive, the culture is positive, and the projects are diverse and rewarding. I’m grateful for the experience and highly recommend BTY to anyone looking to build a strong career in project management and consulting.

There is opportunity to grow, but given the company's size I expected better organizational structure and benefits. It behaves too much like a small business, with a lack of proper development plans and hierarchy. That being said the company culture is pleasant, the people are wonderful, and the facilities are nice. If the type of work is for you, then you'll love it

Good mix of office and site visits. A variety of very slow times and bus times. Great place to learn and apply yourself with excellent support from team members and supervisors. Great opportunities to learn and grow. 

The most enjoyable part of my day is learning from different team members in other services or those in different levels from Directors even Partners. The hardest part of the job was meeting deadlines at the end of the month.

As a recent college graduate BTY was a great place for me to begin a professional career. They provided great training and growth opportunities within their structure and it is a fun place to work!

Working for BTY provided opportunities for professional growth beyond my expectations. I appreciate the fast pace, busy workplace, but the overarching feeling of prioritizing community, professional relationships, and team focused work.

A great place to work.
Very fast paced environment. Friendly staff. Great learning experience. Worked as  a Temp but would love to be a permanent employee someday.

Medium company that will probably remain medium sized. Lack of direction and management implements a toxic work environment. Not a lot of opportunity to advance.
