Good place to work good wages multiple facilities to work at management is ok you have to push to make things right if something is not going right they have good staff to repair and bring up to standard the facilities that are bad lots of overtime hours if you want family work balance is great company is very understanding and fair .

I worked at this company for many years. Did amazing work got promoted to a manager position within a year of starting. Had issues with upper management and no support. Very little team players. Upper management is rude and disrespectful and nothing ever gets dealth with. Made it a very stressful place to work. Happy I am no longer there. Would rate this company a -10 if I could. 

These people don't care about employees, the management is poor, they always choose the wrong people to run the warehouses, they have 1940's policies, always hire friends or relatives with no experience and jeopardize other people cause their friends go to learn how to operate the forklifts and often have accidents. Keep away from this place.

I found the company very clique oriented and about popularity. There was a lack of clear direction and vision within the team, as well as too much overlap in expectations. Would not recommend if you are looking for career growth. 

They always seem to hire friends and family. Find them making fun of you in there own language. Unsafe forklift drivers that do kit take responsibility for accidents, in fact one damaged a forklift so bad it had to be replaced, never reported it and got promoted. 

Worked as a driver but had leave due to moving, I didn’t want to leave because Bulletproof is an AMAZING company!!!
The management has an open door policy, they offer over time, great benefits and payed vacation!

Especially not getting raises this year, lost of clients, warehouses getting emptied cause of lost of clients, untrained collegues so day to day is a nightmare, friends and family priviliges. And thats just the tip of the iceberg.

No work ethic , safety of the facilities struggles a lot. Unsupportive, unprogressive management. Lack of feedback, vision and growth… Messy and unorganized.

Not worth working there….not organized and zero teamwork depending what site you end up at…for cheap easy money and experience you can do a lot better then here..


Salary to low for the amount of work you will do in a day, lack of management no structure.  
Too much politics between employees.
