Meeting deadlines especially when there a number of projects going on simultaneously could be stressful, but the convivial work environment extenuates the effect!

This is a toxic work environment.  Ownership leads you onto to believe big things are coming down the pipe, but don’t come to fruition.  Office staff and shop personnel aren’t treated equally.  
Shop has no heat in the winter and is very hot in the summer working during the heat of the day.   Shop has no washrooms or proper washing stations.  


Small company that is trying to grow but the owner is a dreamer with no experience running a company or manufacturing experience.  Very high demands with unrealistic deadlines and goals. 

Very top down approach to Management. Some were "in your face" trying to tell me how to do my job. Very disrespectful. But the rest of the team was very helpful.
