I would have nightmares of me being not balanced (lol). At first, it was tough because there were a lot of things to know and remember. However, the more you do a transaction, the more you will get comfortable with it. It wasn't hard fitting, everyone was so close to each other. Great job and experience for a university student. If you do well, you are able to climb higher in positions. As for the interview, it wasn't that bad, but you must research and know what this 
company is cuz it'll be definitely in the interview!

I have been really impressed by the entire company. They really do put employees first and it shows by all of the program and events they have in place. They have a lot of long tenured employees which shows that they have low turnover. Lots of programs to further develop my career. My manager even sat down with me to create a career path. 
The CEO is amazing. He knows everyone by name!!

Compared to many other financial institutions, I believe Cambrain is one of the best to work at. Almost every branch has a very open and welcome feeling. Employees are quite friendly. Salary and benefits are great. Pension plan is one of the best even compared to a government job. Training is very helpful. Employees often get the chance to participate at fun events and Jets games as incentives.

This is a great environment to work at while going to school and gaining experience in the financial industry. The staff is very friendly and the credit union on it's own helps motivate you to gain more knowledge in the work force.

Cambrian is a good place to work, they provide a decent salary, good benefits and satisfactory time off.  I would recommend working here, the hours are great and the staff is wonderful.

They care a lot about their staff, I work at the Grant Park location. I have been with Cambrian for over a year now and they are always advancing their staff in the company, there is lots of opportunity to learn. 

Some management were nice, a lot were horrible. Days go by fast if it’s busy. Good bridge job and good to have on a resume if you’re young or using as a stepping stone. 

Wouldn’t work there again strictly due to management. 

I must say it’s a good company. It’s just unfortunate that my manager is suffering from superiority complex.   She doesn’t listen to suggestions and always think she’s right. They’re under going modernization but they are still using fax.

Overall a solid entry level start to any one looking to build a career in banking. Great people at the branches that really take care of their members.
