Operating a Laser cutting machine is very fun. 
Unfortunately working there was like going back to a high school like atmosphere where bullying a handicapped person and making fun of the only girl in the shop was ok.

You can't go talk about it to the counter bosses because they too would take part in these acts of physiological harassment.

The place was dirty and not very well organized. Some workers would drive around fork lifts like they were go carts.   

I very much would like to operate a machine in a place where mutual respect is priority.

Love to see different part . Challenge your operator skill . Other compagny refuse the job ,we always accept challenge! 6 factory now , management not good in all factory . Really hard to make change in this compagny. Talking about innovation always end with a YES YES but NO ACTION . Hope they gonna change mentality in the next year .  BUT they are flexible , family conciliant , never refuse vacancy  only need to ask .     I really love my job ,but big management probleme

I'm working there as a student. People are very amical. You will work under good conditions if you are working in the office. It deserves the 5 stars.
