The hiring process at this place is truly unique . The initial assessment involved a skill test to assess our ability to read and understand instructions. After passing, I was invited to three job shadow sessions, where I observed the actual role in real-time. This helped me gain confidence and made my job trial much easier since I was prepared. While, this process may not be suitable for everyone due to extended timeline, I found it highly beneficial as someone with no prior experience. It provided me with hands-on training and an equal opportunity to succeed alongside more experienced candidates.

I haven't been working for the clinic for a long time, but my experience has been nothing but positive until now. 

From my perspective,  the hiring process is quite fair if you acknowledge the fact that there are no certification or experience requirements for the position. Yes, it is a very different process to the ones you would be used to. There is no one-on-one interview.

Personally, I took the hiring process as an opportunity to learn and experience a different way of going through an interview. But also, as an opportunity of insight in a regular working day.


The place is always fully booked and it is near impossible to leave the front desk to do other duties. Management is condescending. Compensation is poor considering how long the hiring process takes and how stressful the job is

Stressful and guidance is not clearly provided.
Doctor is nice and polite, not the supervisor/manager. 
I feel like being too slow / not smart enough to pick up on new tasks. 

Have to adapt to the latest update of the office procedure as well as other medical facilities that commute. Also if you're looking for a workplace that pays a lot, this place is not for you. 

No experience is required for getting an interview. There are several stages in interview and some job shadows. The management is poor which rules change every day and there is always fully booked.
