Pretty easy-going.  Everyone geta along and most days are enjoyable.

"I love the laid-back vibe at work, where we can chat and get the job done without too much pressure. However, the lack of benefits and job security during slow business periods is a bit worrisome. It would be awesome if we could explore ways to improve these aspects for a more fulfilling work experience."

If you are interested in the Cannabis industry, this is an okay place to work at but there are still other companies that offer a greater opportunity with lots of advancement than this company. As for the diversity in workplace, I feel like there’s only one black person working in the whole company. If that doesn’t tell you something, then I don’t know. 

Pro tip for new hires: If the team lead says something, just agree - even if they're completely wrong. Logic and honesty don't work here. Smile, nod, and don't ask questions unless you enjoy short-term contracts.

I like that it offers flexible hours to its employees, it gives part timers opportunity to focus on their studies for students. However, there is not enough room for career growth.
