I worked for almost 2 years. Its one of the places where my efforts and work was recognized. The Management appreciated my work and gave me raises without me having to ask for it. 
If you are doing a good job and work for the residents in all honesty then there is no looking back. 
My team members were very helpful and cooperative and I felt comfortable working with them. 
I loved my time at Casa Dolce Casa Inc.
Its also one of the most well kept and clean retirement homes I came across in my 7 years  experience.

If you like to be extremely micromanaged this is the place to work! Highest turn over rate than any place I have worked. Management and HR are a bunch of monkeys. President is mercurial and make changes whenever she wants. Extremely unprofessional, family run “company”. Nursing staff/PSWs are incompetent and kitchen is a SHIFT* show. If youre good at what you do acoid this place at all cost! They will suck the life out of you. 

Worst work experience out there. Low pay, no appreciation, little to no benefits. On top of that, the owner will act like they own you for minimum wage. They will pretend like they want the best for you and promise you all sorts of things, once you get a raise or want a union, they will let you go. Her kids are managers and they basically micro manage everyone.

Worked there for a short period of time.
The thing that hit me most was a very unhealthy environment. The management has no regards for human life and the workers seemed to be there only for the money.
A very unpleasant experience in the nursing field.

Good environment, and good co-workers, and I found it to be a structured and responsibility focused environment. The work required patience, teamwork, and strong communication with residents and staff. Management was organized, and training was clear, which helped me perform my duties effectively.

Working at Casa dolce Casa is a great experience of my life. I have learnt a lot of things like, I got serving experience, also learnt how to work in such a place where I have to consider every person’s food preferences and allergies.

Management is horrible, and maintenance boy is very sensitive. Walking on eggs shells around there. Other co-workers are very pleasant to work with.  

I worked as a PSW. We had a lovely team and we cared for each other and as well as for the residents. 
The job gave me work life balance and my shifts were constant. Always paid on time. 
I loved the culture of the Home.
