What is the best part of working at the company?
Under the old President it was 5.  Excellent family first environment and excellent benefits.  Events and promotions.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When the president left, it changed and the management team was incompetent and unsupportive.  It became a place i no longer wanted to work for.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
In the early years it was excellent.  By 2020 the environment was toxic at best.  Lack of support from management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful due to a complete lack of tools to do the job.

Organized company that pays very well, good benefits, great people, awesome supervisors, good equipment, all gear provided, travel food lodging all provided, co workers always ready and willing to help out, I have learned a lot working with Cementation, the work always seems to be available, the H.R. department is very nice to deal with, safety and training dept. always on the ball, highly recommended contractor.

Cemmentation Canada was an exciting place to work as they has a very strong commitment to safety .
The acommidations while working in the field were excellent .
Strong group of knowlege with there teams and they always inculded myself in there involvment at the site.

a typical day can start out overwhelming with lots to do, but at the end of the day overcoming the overwhelming is rewarding. learned to go with the flow and ups and down. management very busy. culture depends on where your workplace is. Keeping up and not taking anything to heart. enjoy results and rewards

Management is always making sure staff is properly trained and up to date in all certificates, possibilities of growing within the company are endless and excellent benefits.

I enjoyed my time working for Cementation I just wish I could ve been there  at the beginning of the contract rather than starting near the end of the 4 year project. 

Time to work at home in the Okanagan. I felt this company lacked mature management and was not the safest environment to work in. However I really enjoyed the work I performed.

I would not recommend working for this company to my worst enemy. The management is horrible and there is no incentive to further yourself and grow with them. 

A typical  day   was doing preventive maintenance  daily,weekly  checks on all equipment and safety  related items .  Keeping  busy and always looking to fix or find problems .

Loved working there and hope to work there in the future. Great bunch of guys. Helpful and kind people. From office to bosses and operators like mysel
