You get the opportunity to learn and gain exposure because it is a multi-environment setup. Working across different systems and clients can help build technical experience quickly.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very poor work environment with little to no job security. Employees are consistently overworked, and management is largely disconnected from the actual work being done. Many managers focus more on dashboards and metrics than on understanding the real workload or supporting their teams.

Layoffs happen frequently, creating constant uncertainty and stress. There is no sense of stability or long-term growth. I would not recommend this workplace unless you are desperate for a job.

The team is made up of dedicated individuals who are supportive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.

The organization can benefit from more consistent structure and clearer prioritization, as shifting demands sometimes make it challenging to maintain focus and long-term planning.

The work environment is dynamic, with multiple priorities requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Day-to-day work typically involves balancing planned responsibilities with emerging needs, which can create both learning opportunities and occasional challenges in maintaining consistency.

Decent small company when it comes to the work space, overall environment and nice coworkers.  Little lunch get togethers at time are also nice.  However, despite the growth of the company this organization as a whole is overworked and tired.  Management has no clear sense of direction, making employees wonder what the future next steps hold.  Leadership in the finance, HR and sales is mediocre at best.  Salary and comp is also below average for the most part.  Overall I'd say unless you're really desperate for a job, I'd look elsewhere.

Its good, a bit silo-ed, you need to do things yourself

Escalations, adhoc requests, grouping people together to action tasks.

Centrilogic workplace is a very friendly environment which is the first  company in Canada I have worked for. I have gained more technical knowledge and that gives me more confident to move on technically to the corporate world.

Its a Good company to work with,provide good benefit but there is no job security .staff was friendly everyone was very cooperative except my reporting manager other managers are all very nice and cooperative overall it a good company to work with lots of learning

Young Dynamic Rapidly Expanding, Talented People lots of opportunity to contribute and grow. The rate of growth and continued potential to deliver is very promising.

Decent company to work with, lots of leeway on how you do your job. Management does not breath down on your neck. 
However, after acquisitions, senior managemment is too focused on saving money. 

Always look out for there employees. Great company to work for.  Nice friendly people.  Great management. Pay is good and benefits and its great team building company

The company needs to have a leader that is focused on people development. There seemed to be a lack of Trust for the CEO. HR team was more tactical than strategy from a people perspective.
