What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything was stressful. Toxic working environment.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic work environment with a horrible company culture. The leadership team and HR show no interest in creating a better workplace. The lack of respect for employees comes from the top down, and getting work done is nearly impossible without proper collaboration. Only work at this company if you have no other choice, avoid it if you can.

The GPWs, Machine Operator, Loaders etc. come under Union. 40 hours per week are not guaranteed. The Management is not supportive. You have to stay home for most of the time in the month. The work is allotted as per seniority . So, if you are a new joiner you won’t get much shifts. The benefits will start after almost a year  (1500 hours).
All in all, not a good company. Don’t get hired here

Qa manager supports bullying and all management and all. Unorganized place unwilling to accept new ideas but willing to steal your ideas if you give them. It is a start up company . Don’t expect to be even payed properly. Not even for the work you do. Good luck people. So far complaints are made against them but they do nothing to improve their work culture.

Very Heavy labour intensive job. Overtime is almost more expected more then offered. Lean heavily on employees in machine operator roles. Seems like lots of talking about other workers between certain workers. Including from management.

There is uncertainty over job security and layoffs. I don't get overtime to make up for lost hours, and didn't get paid for 3 of the last 4 stats .Vacation pay is not banked, but paid on each pay cheque.

The quality control department has a toxic and hostile environment, largely created by the manager and supervisor. I strongly advise avoiding this place to prevent a harmful physical and mental experience

The long, mindless hours often took a toll, but the fact was, chocolate is always fun to work with. Sometimes delicate, but mostly tasty.

nothing good to say. a very hard work environment with not much support. Hard to make things work in such an unorganized place. hours can be heavy with hard duties and standing a lot of time

Amazing people and work environment! I worked there for 2 years and I was the lead millwright on afternoon shift. I was free to make the calls for big decision. They really make you feel like they need and want you.
