They tell you what floor you’re working on. They trust your work, they don’t come and check to see every five minutes . Nice to meet people everyday.
Hardest part is when there is a room transfer or a deceased you have to hurry to disinfect the rooms, you don’t have a lot of time, however you can ask a colleague to help. 

Main problem is pay and compensation. Great place to learn and to start in the business. Opens multiple opportunities and helps create contacts and connexions in the medical field.

No one cares about you or how you’re doing in this place. Do your job and shut your mouth. English and French are not treated equally. Good practices learnt in school for this type of work are not respected here.

Typical public employer, good job security but not a lot of opportunities for advancement.

Good employees do not get rewarded and bad ones are protected by unions.
