I had fun working on this project at Syncrude shutdown. The employees were awesome and took the time to make me feel comfortable. The workers knew and followed safety and all went home safe after our turnaround.  we had fun and we got the work done with no major incidents.  I would go back to work with these guys again.

The employees and bosses are great.
The wages are amazing and the work is fulfilling

Being away from home is challenging after a couple months but worth it

a unionized labor force company that direct-hires crews which have done jobs together across the country. Management allows these crews to get the job they are trained to do done without too much interference or managerial oversight.

This is a highly competitive specialized industry with few competitors, international suppliers, demanding clients, union trades, and emergency outage call outs. 

Revolving door. Staff are constantly hired and fired. Don’t work here if you value your mental health. An absolute dump, the worst company you will ever work for.

Amazing place to work, can’t say enough good about them. They make sure you have everything you need and more to do your job and do it safely. Great guys to work with and great pay.

I would recommend working here just be aware they are a bigger company and you are still a number. People are great management is also good. Would recommend.
