What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with co workers to get a job completed on time.  Being able to also able to have my own booth to spray product when needed.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When there is lots of colors that have to be painted, and have to constantly swap between the couple pumps you do have to spray pieces.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a good work environment.  There are many ethnic groups working there, and sometimes there can be a communication issue between individuals.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I come in and clock in, then generally talk to my supervisor, who let's me know about rush jobs, or issues that there might be.  Then I get ready and generally relieve the person who was doing my job.  I see what colours that I will need and make up the appropriate amount and mix in needed chemicals that are needed.  I spray racks of pieces that are given to me using an air assisted paint gun.  When there is nothing to pain, I help either sand, and putty or see if the other paint departments need help.  Also I see if my supervisor needs me work on something.

This company used to be great to work for, until the management changed around 2 years ago. Then they decided to get rid of quarterly bonuses on one of our free pizza lunches, and wage review's alongside that were delayed indefinitely. The lack of communication between the two is THE reason most of the building doesn't like the management upstairs. Don't get me started on the CEO either.

I really enjoyed working at Columbia Kitchen Cabinets.  It was interesting learning about the variety of woods used and the machines used to shape the wood into the final product as well as the wide variety of products we produced.

The hardest part of the job was that it could be very physically demanding, but overall, it was a very enjoyable, satisfying experience.

One of the largest cabinet manufacturers. This was an excellent place to work with supportive management that shared information and encouraged team work. The company has changed and now sells only through dealers. Still a good company who strive for continued improvement and growth.

A typical day at work in the Assembly area is quite chill with really nice people working together, almost like a family.

I learned most of the basics i needed to get into the workforce

Excellent Family run business that has been in the valley for 40 years. Provide health and benefits packages and hire diverse job of people with various backgrounds. Good management.

They are hard working and strict depending on where you work in the vacinity of the shop your work can differ. They pay depending on if your female or male and that depends on how much you make. Women tend to make less then men

Nice people mostly, very poor wages. 
At the time the CEO was quite unqualified for the position and the owners took awhile to catch on, though he has since been let go so hopefully it's better now.  

Co-workers are great people to work with…Management are not 
Your under paid .very stressful  environment…..I think it’s because of the management staff

Fun and Secured place to work. The management is very supportive and appreciative of any accomplishment.  I will recommend the company to my friends and relatives.
