This is a placement agency that only recruits for one company and they have very few roles that they are able to offer you. Extremely poor follow up on the part of the agency and I was the one constantly connecting and asking for updates. Do not waste your time with this agency. They make you jump through hoops, do 4 hours of testing and it’s all for nothing because they don’t have alternate work if you don’t like the roles at this one company they hire for, and they make you go through 6 interviews that are all the same. Don’t waste your time with this agency. Go to a reputable agency that offers you options. These jobs are so low paying and not even paying you a living wage. 

Conduxit is a placement agency and they were very helpful in matching me with the right company. Working with Conduxit exceeded all my expectations. They were very helpful, supportive and understanding throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable during the interview and they gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. This company is very slow paced and not progressive at all. Negative and toxic work culture. This job is all warehouse work and they do not follow the timelines set out in the interview process. Very low pay that is below market value. Also do not receive vacation in your first year. Long hours with no overtime pay.
