Lack of resources causing more workload on current employees and the amount of output expected from an individual does pay off here. They want to work more than mentioned on the role during hiring and you will get same consistent pay over the years, no annual bonus, no stat pay, no overtime. Better learn the software which is great to learn but to succeed here is time wasting and exhausting yourself out for no reward in return. Also no long term growth people working here for 25 yrs also have the same issues:
Management is not good.
Communications among departments is none.
Workload is more.
No annual reward or increase in compensation based on performance.

The employees are very friendly and supportive. The leadership team is willing to listen and improve based on employee feedback. There is a great work-life balance and lots of room for growth and development.

Connexall has a great work-life balance and fosters the growth and development of its employees. There are a lot of long tenured employees (30+ years of service), who believe in the company and it's product. 

This was by far the worse company I’ve ever worked at in my entire career. The management team is toxic. They actually bully their employees and make you feel insignificant and worthless. I almost had to go to therapy just to get over the abuse and to work on boosting back my self confidence again. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place like the plague!

Great place to work at. Job security and work culture is very good. Great people to work with in the R&D department. They trust you do your work and not micro manage.

The product they sell is excellent. It is really amazing. The leadership is difficult to work with and create confusion about what needs to be focused on. It's not easy to work for them. 

Co works were great to work with and the product was great and felt that you were making a difference in peoples lives, but upper management, is negative and vindictive.
