Core-Architects

Core Architects is a great place for young architects, starting off in the industry. The senior staff if always willing to support the juniors and interns. The group dynamic is fun and the work environment is welcoming. The days can be long, but within the typical industry standard. The paid employees are treated with respect and have a stable opportunity to further themselves in the industry.

There is a fairly quick turnover, compared to other firms and the industry standard. Employees often find other opportunities, and are unlikely to renew their work contracts. However, there is a decent possibility to further within the firm to senior and management positions.

Unfortunately positions other than an official intern, contract or permanent employee (who are in fact paid a decent wage), are not paid, and at most provided an honorarium.

This was my first job. I had a horrible experience with them. They Junior Designers, pay them less and fire them before the probation period is over. They asked me to not come to work from the next day and didn't even bother to give a proper reason. 

They have a horrible work environment. I'm actually glad that they kicked  me out.  I did some training and stared a new job as a product desginer (UX designer) and I'm making around 100k. Now, I know how a proper workplace is and I can't believe I wasted 3 months with these horrible people. 

low pay - low benefits - the way they deal with people is not fair - people they do not get a higher rank based on productivity or knowledge or how hard they try but based on how much manager likes them

Once you spend some time at Core, you find what a terrible leadership this place has. They have no regard for their employees, there is a high turnover rate and management is a secretive and paranoid.
They dealt with the whole Covid-19 situation in an amateurish way.

The people are friendly and nice. The income is usually lower than the other offices. The average age of staff falls within the range of 30-40. This office can help young architecture graduated people to gather experience.

Great place to work. Dynamic teams and healthy work culture. The management is professional and has  a pro-active approach which is rare and very much appreciated. 

A good place to work. I feel there is but no job security. Good work culture and people are helping. Nice place around like lake, restaurants & stores to chill out in lunch breaks.

you have the opportunity to work on different stages of the projects, however, your involvement depends on your manager, 
working overtime is required, 

I loved working at Core Architects. The structure of the company wasn't like any other company I've worked for. The staff was amazing. I would love to work there again.

Good atmosphere but high turnover rate.
