If you are Filipino/Asian, Indian/Pakistani apply and you will get in the door no problem. Barely able to speak English is a plus. If your Canadian "STEER CLEAR". Guarantee you will feel like you'r not in Canada any more. Regulations and code of conduct is not followed. I was told to increase my tolerance for bullying and my personal information was spread to coworkers.There is a indirect biased to Canadians and all Canadians know it. Hard work is not valued for the most part they wont even know if you doing a good job or care if you are.

They have an aptitude test that they give the answers out to any 1 who is not a white or Canadian and 90 % of people fail it. When I failed it they said that they would not hire me. Then people in the company told me that they where given the answers to the test and they barely could speak English. Don't need to have an IQ test to figure out whats going with that!!!

Safety conscious, fast paced, team oriented, friendly workplace.
Lots of training and excellent pay.
Old company that has been in business very long in the metal packaging business including aerosal cans, metal cans, beverage cans and metal lids for things like food and drinks e.g snapple lids, pickle lids

Typical day was busy from start to finish
I learned to multitask and complete daily office duties
I assisted and worked very well with mangement
I worked very well with my co-workers as a team player
Hardest part of the job was dealing with a busy switchboard but managed.
The most enjoyable part of the job that the daily tasks were completed.  Satisfaction.

Very poor management which will not support you at all even if you work your hardest. They will assign you different jobs positions if they are short of people and pull you out of your prime job for which you were hired for and will fire you if you don’t follow the same without any genuine reason. Hope god bring them down too for taking away poor peoples money, efforts and time.

Health and safety, environment and audits. Also having a good relationship with plantmanager,human ressources and office people. We were well informed about sales, market and customs

Sales for the product are declining worldwide. The parent company in the US is protecting its US jobs and plants. Canadian facilities appear to be in danger.

typical manufacturing environment; Canadian operations hit hard over past 10 years. Can't really comment on culture now since I left over 12 years ago.
