This place has by far the worse management i've ever witnessed in my career. Everyday is always a tight schedule always pushing you to limits without regards of your own wellbeing. I worked at FTP  and the supervisors are genuinely useless. One is always glued to his cellphone pretending to look busy, and the other I can sometimes see just gambling on his phone. Whenever the other workers need help, they are either nowhere to be found, or once again just sitting down on their cellphones not really caring until we are behind the quota. I really do urge the CEO to take a good look into how they even hired these supervisors in the first place. Safety is also a huge issue with supervisors failing to provide proper ppe when dealing with dangerous chemicals. I don't recommend working here unless you're desperate. High turnover rates, bad supervisors, fast-paced workloads everyday, and really poor safety.

The guys you work with in the warehouse are great. Transportation management and warehouse supervisor are nice guys. The operations  manger is not a good guy to work for. You will hear your stupid can not count and you do not know what you’re talking about. Makes you feel little and want to quit. Come out of his office to just get mad at everyone. He is not a people person at all.  But he will have one favourite worker and this person can not do wrong at all. 

There no overtime and if you work on a Saturday in busy season you have to start later one day that week. Rest of the year you hear we are slow everyone is going home at 3 pm.

Start at 5am work unsupervised  most the day 
Take direction  from driver lead over 2way radio   no overtime  witch was fine 
Finish shift at 130 pm hand over to next  shift

Good work environment, amazing management,  thoughtful co-workers and  a decent sized workload throughout the day.

Only stressful part is writing down inventory other than that very few things are stressful there.

Co-workers are very kind/understanding and the management are to, the culture can seem difficult at first but given enough time it feels like you are working with your friends.

Environment is fast-paced, with constant pressure to rush through tasks. While colleagues in the warehouse are great, the operations manager's demeanor leaves much to be desired. He's quick to criticize and plays favourites, which creates a demoralizing, toxic atmosphere. There’s no overtime pay, and if you work a Saturday during busy season, you start late another day. You never know what the next day is going to look like. Things change on the daily and it’s super high stress. Not worth it and wouldn’t recommend anyone working here. 

CWS Logistics may seem like a good opportunity with decent pay and benefits, but the reality is far from it. The environment is high-stress, leadership is weak, and the culture is driven by fear and control.

Management routinely overlooks employee well-being, exploits workers for unsafe work environments with chemicals, and creates a toxic atmosphere where concerns go unheard. Layoffs happen with little notice or transparency, adding to the instability.

Think twice before joining—this job may cost you more than it’s worth.


The biggest problem here is that they will tell you everything you want to hear about the amount of work. But in the end they will give days off like candy when it suits them. It's great if your able to afford that but like most, we all have bills, children, mortgages etc. The rate is low to begin with but your home every night, so you give the hometown discount. The problem lies when you only get 1 or 2 days of work in a pay period. Disappointing to say the least

Transporting various kinds of farming chemicals, seeds, different types dangerous goods for farmers & furnitures, construction hardwares for retailers with the right procedure and PPE
Developed hazard assessment during transporting products
Developed organizing all necessary trip documents and make sure all placard is available when needed
Experienced working long hours shift at rural areas, rough roads, in any weather condition, knowledge of chain on and chain off

Make sure you know what you’re getting into.  It sounds like a great opportunity but the reality may be different. While the pay and benefits are competitive, the work environment, management and culture can be challenging.
