There was 2 weeks paid trainging but after that it was straight commission. In the area i live in the way the work was, i wouldn't be able to survive on my own with that money. My boss was amazing along with my co-workers, but the way the work affected me made me extremely stressed and exauhsted from switching back and fourth from the office to store front. Business was very slow due to the product i was promoting and customers were not wanting anything to do with our company due to us having to "follow" customers to get sales. My pay was mainly based off of how many sales i made which wasn't a good way to live with the income i had at the time.

Overall, my job experience was awful due to fact that this job was commission based when i was hired but they changed their salary policy. I had a colleague who got hired after me ( about 1 month later) and they had a minimum pay if they did not surpass the commission threshold.

Must sell credit cards in a store for 6 hours a day (Regardless of position). The job is 100% commission.  No benefits, no nothing. They try to lure you in by saying that if you persevere for a year, you'll become a manager. At that point, you'll be offered a large salary. They dangle that hope over your head...

Company is great to work for, to gain exposure. If you drive, you will spend more money on gas than making money. If you commute, you'll spend more money on commuting than making money. There are a lot of PROS and CONS of the company. In the end, it won't help you make enough to live in Toronto with the current housing market.

Every morning we have had a team meeting in office. During meeting we were learning lots of new stuff. Also, every newbie should present every morning, something he never present before. Right after office we were going to the stores, where we have been talking to customers and having fun with them.

I had to talk with many people everyday and try my best to find as many potential customers as I can to fulfill my task. its a big challenge to be at the first time as English is not my native language. But I worked through it after-all.

I was a new comer and didn't know anything. The management forced us to work on Saturdays. She deducted gas money from our paycheck. The commission she gave from any applications was so poor..

There was a negative place to work
Door to door work with least appreciation.

they are going to say it is not door to door position but it is. they will also say it is not comission based but it is. 
you really shouldn't lie in your job postings. it is not fair to waste someone's time like that

This is a well done Scam thing. They don't even mention what you have to do for WORK, until your FIRST day on the field.

There's NOTHING about business but SELLING CREDIT CARDS at Canadian Tire. THIS IS A SCAMMMMM...stay away

Not the best and not the worst. spend more money on parking and gas than you do actually making the sales. You put more hours in a day than you do in any job since you stay until the store closes.
