Great company to start off for novice drivers or those inexperienced in the field. Expect lower pay/salary than the competition. Fairly relaxed when it comes to policies, it's run like a smaller company still. Hours are plentiful but expect a small drop during winter and half load season. Equipment is new and well maintained, and are generally quite quick in fixing issues with their mechanics running 24/7 as well as with their mobile mechanics. There are too many dispatchers and managers where it can be quite confusing on finding the right person to contact when needed. There was a lack of training at the time that I started but they appear to be doing better since. Generally quite a friendly atmosphere, with no major conflicts with colleagues or management. 

All in all a great company to work for if you are new driver or new in the field,  or just needing a paycheck. For those with experience, you are probably better off working somewhere where you'd get more recognition and appreciation. 

Was required to do a job that had nothing to do with the actual job description, before even getting to do the job I was hired for. Company is extremely disorganized and has too many corporate ladders. Owner is unapproachable, leaving issues up to other staff in the corporate ladder, which will cause other employees to be exploited by work politics.

Company staff will not respond to calls unless it directly benefits them in some way. Fellow employees will lie on you while saying something totally different in person. Company will call you in for training, only to find out when you get there that there was no training due to poor communication, with no compensation for travel. Company will mislead and not respect requests of others.

Toxic work environment....so many incompetent employees, that rather than work harder to perform better and stand out, your foremen and supervisors will miscommunicate, then shine lights on you for the mistakes they will not own.  So needless to say, there is no promotion from within.  They will employ you without raises, promote you to positions with a more strenuous workload, all the while, telling you that a raise will be in the future, and you will never see that raise, once you start asking for it, they will lay you off and claim shortage of work...yet two weeks later, you will see them hiring for your position to replace you 

Terrible place that's a revolving door. Micromanaged and disorganized. They will try to pawn you off on jobs that you didn't even get hired for. There is no lunch room to sit in bring your sandwiches. You will probably have to answer to like 5 different people who are trying to be your boss and none of them will have a clue of what's going on. Good for sending you out to a customer somewhere with little to no information on why they sent you there. After mass confusion with the poor customer you have wasted almost an hour just trying to call the office to tell the customer what you are there for. A bunch of 20 year old babies with attitude. Very unprofessional and disorganized .

i worked snow removal the past two winters, they where good with working with me , as i am working on another apprenticeship as well.
being on call is being on call, you never know unless you ask, and to sooner you ask the sooner you know. all though some days, it was late in the after noon before knowing going on night shift. butthats the nature of the beast. overall good, and you are paid for what you work, never an issue

Its a basic buisness platform so your a number and not well respected. Dispatch is inexperienced and childish (they wont call you if they dont like you) they hire almost anyone but if your any good at what you do you best be a good suck up too if you want to be called in.
 They must think that there is endless amounts of drivers by the way they operate. 

I woukd not recomend anyone to apply here. Pour pay 55 plus hours a week no overtime pay and aweful managment. Bounce back and forth between night and day shift with last minute comunication. Equiptment constantly breaking down because they dont like to have any down time when operational instead of fixing the small issue it becomes a very large one 

Although I was hired as an office administrator I also doubled as a concrete finisher and labourer when needed. Most often this company would take on contracts that were to large and they would scramble to finish jobs.

Working here was good until I challenged a policy change that affected only me. I was let go shortly after. The coworkers are wonderful, however management is cold when you ask them to take your needs into consideration.

Don’t go to this company. Too many questionable problems. Any company that refuses to listen to its clients and intentionally burns itself and refuses to take care of their employees properly isn’t really worth your time.
RUN AWAY.
