A typical day at work consisted of maintaining and responding to incoming emails, following up with correspondence and phone calls, daily communication with team members and job seekers, searching the job boards daily for resumes, conducting telephone interviews, pre-qualifying candidates, requesting and obtaining appropriate documentation from candidates, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and target objectives, and regularly collaborating with team members on search techniques and resources.
I learned about compliance procedures and new technology/regulatories within the financial services sector and Ontario public services sector.
My co-workers and I shared the common goal of treating qualified candidates as well as eachother fairly and as equals while holding a high regard for core basic values. Afterall, every workplace environment and morale should be positive, pleasant, courteous and respectful.
The most enjoyable part of this job was meeting new people and working cohesively as a team with the common goal of sourcing qualified candidates in relevancy to the projects and hiring needs of R3D's clients.

The management sucks...they hire good accountants or assistant but since the management is not efficient, nobody will want to stay there. How many times the same job offer is published in one year....at least 4...none of them would like to stay in this kind of DIVA environment. VP's with no experience think they have it...while they are not efficient. Also, this company has a real problem with confidentiality has some of their employees have been arrested for hacking people..no one will talk about this like it never happened...wow, it was a great company few years ago but now its going to the drain with this supposed management team!

Since the new management came in (ex employees) there is no real direction to go. Unexperienced VPs are changing this company to worst. Many of the best employees have already left...what's remaining?

Great professional, benefits and oppotunities while it lasted. Their offer was not very diversified which made it sometimes a risk work environment

Just a stepping stone, you cannot make a career at R3D, would not recommend for people to join. The salary paid is also quite average and the work pressure is huge.

Very professional and collaborative environment.

Work life balance is taken into consideration.

Upper management provides good mentorship.

Salary is acceptable.
