I enjoyed my job for many years. I especially enjoyed my contact with the Tenants at the various Plazas and 2 office buildings. I felt it was important to deals with their needs in a caring and efficient manner.

I answered all incoming calls, performed secretarial duties for the owner. Entered bills for all properties, prepared month end spread sheets. Processed all payables at month end. 

I had a very good relationship with my co-workers and always felt laughter and a smile went along way.
 
The hardest part of the job was it being a family owned business. As a new family member came in and took over after my almost  8 years, my experience suddenly did not matter. My thoughts, opinion were no longer allowed and every moment of my work day was controlled. 

I would prefer to never work for a family owned company again.

mostly working with robot welding machine . i have good relation with management and my supervisor and co-workers and try to help each other , i dont have hard time at all in this job and most enjoyable part of my job is deal with robot and find its problem because the companies maintenance are very busy and most of the time i dont want to wait for them to solve the problem .

Organized and good environment  to work with co- workers, management with fair treatment with the workers. Sometimes overtime always overwhelm by customers demand in a good and bad way from individual high volume of production as required. In a summer with compliments free bbq. as appreciation day.

There is not real management in this place, it is a very unsafe place to work and with poor policies, they usually move without any direction. Some managers in here don't even have the necessary education to assume the role they were placed in.

Steady shifts although pay rate and promotion was not up to standard. Management changed over the years and many policies changed as well. This led to my decision to find a more progressive company after 20 years of service.

DBG provided me with all the training I could ask for. It helped me secure the job I currently have. For this I am very thankful to DBG. Never once in the 20 years I worked there did I not feel like going to work.

Friendly place to grow and work. Supportive team colleagues. Understanding when you need days off. Supportive if different job within suits you. Family business that will always be there.
