I used to defend this company to everyone no matter what because in all I thought it was a great company to work for. Sadly, I was wrong. Keep in mind I had next to no major issues until I decided to leave this company because I couldn't advance and wanted a new career.
Working their in general is fine if you do not want to advance and are willing to work crazy long hours. But if you are looking to build a career that will require some serious a** kissing and making sure you are managements favorite. Even following their 'road map' you'll have to fight to get the opportunity to complete tasks. 
You will have no life outside of Denso. If you are single and looking to make decent money, awesome! If you even wish to have any social life or family time you'll miss out. This is not the case in every department but in the main areas you could be working 10-12 hours a day. Add in commute and getting ready etc you're looking at a very long exhausting day. 
If you try to raise an issue to HR, well they are to busy to truly help you past the surface of getting you out their door. They may even encourage you to take time off then email you with unclear instructions that you've already addressed with them. Now, this isn't their fault as they are under staffed and underworked but my HR rep needed much better communication skills. Email correspondence in abbreviation and one sentence replies was not sufficient regarding larger issues. 
Depending on who you are trying to contact within the company regarding simple requests you most likely will never hear back from them. I was lucky to get a email response back when I wrote because other HR reps and higher ups don't even bother to reply or address your questions and concerns. 
If you ever choose to leave the company even on good terms to better your future be prepared for them not to be organized and explain any exit information unless you ask. They will have you sign a piece of paper making sure they get their items back and have little to no answers for your questions. 
If you are considering Denso as your next place of work make sure you are able to work on you're feet for long hours, and have no life outside of work because you most likely won't have the energy even on weekends.

Denso as a company gives great benefits, great incentives and great programs/events. Company offers full uniform, there’s a cafeteria, lounge area as well. Lots of pros when it comes to working for this company, most of the people who work there are very nice, fun to get along with, outgoing and smart but as there is pros, there’s almost as many cons. 
It’s not a clean facility, garbage everywhere outside, and inside (people do not clean up after themselves well, but alas that’s more an individual problem than a company issue), the air quality is poor and should be looked at yearly with the HVAC system they have in place (also should be updated). Employees had to fight for heat breaks in 40 degree weather, another con is you will also be made fun of my fellow coworkers or management, yelled at, blackmailed, etc. Coworkers constantly are fighting with each other, all of upper management shows favouritism as well and it is clear as day who receives it. One last con that I will touch on that’s extremely important, HR does NOT do their job when it comes to harassment. They treat both parties like children and gives insufficient solutions to the problems. Some specific men will talk very inappropriately to you, touch you, cat call you, follow you home, etc and HR does nothing about it. Many people who are repeat offenders have a secure job at this place, so beware. 

It is hard work, and long hours. They care not about your life outside of work, and put reaching production numbers over the mental and physical health of the employees. Management cares not about solving issues on the floor, or fixing major problems with the way the factory functions they only care about there own advancement and impressing those who are above them. They abuse hard working employees by piling the majority of the workload onto them knowing that they will be able to get it done, while the employees who are lazy and unwilling to put in the effort will stand around and get away with it. They do pay better than most places in the area so if you are looking to make a decent amount of money, but go home hating yourself and in pain every single day, the denso manufacturing is definitely the place for you

Typical day at Denso, would go in half hour early and set up the machines, making sure that all is running well and are all programmed for the first part we will be running.  Was in charge of doing a "first piece" run to ensure all measurements were all up to code before the associates were to start running the machine.  We had four rotations throughout the day, where we were all trained to run all machines on the line. If all associates were present for the day, would be given the opportunity to work "off line", which was supplying the various associates with parts, handling the rejected parts and inspecting them and assisting the Team Leader with whatever he/she needed help with. At Denso we worked on a two week rotating shift basis, consisting of days and afternoons.

Start 6am with team leaders and co workers. a run down of the day. go to your station and make sure all stocke,. 4 diffrent rotations on stations between breaks we would switch. Lots of room to grow in the company lots to learn , worked with screws, power tools, packing, lifting and testing units for ford hvac 


Overall great team leaders who care for their team members. Fast paced environment. Rotating positions during the shift, for a healthier, more enjoyable experience. 

Co-workers for most areas are hard working individuals who are a pleasure to work with. 

The office management is the only area, in my opinion, that requires improvements in communication. Some practices defined by "Deming’s Five Deadly Diseases" of manufacturing need to be recognized and appropriately mended.

The work was fairly easy. You switch jobs every 2 hours and get a break in between. All tasks in the plant are relatively easy, mundane and boring. However, you will get sore from repetitive tasks you do. Furthermore, you'll need to be used to standing for long hours of time. Temperature is the biggest issue in the plant. You'll probably be sweating lot and feel very sticky due to the humidity. A decent Summer job that guarantees 40 Hours with overtime too. Probably good if you are looking for a job without trying too hard. Couple events throughout the summer like BBQ and such.

The Warehouse staff quickly acclimated me to the fast pace of the factory and made sure that if I had any problems there was no shortage of people willing to help out regardless of if it was just advice of if they were actually going to show me what to do. Always was treated with respect and built many positive relationships with the other staff members. Never felt I was treated differently despite the fact that I was only one of two student employees out of 25 warehouse workers.

This place is terrible. They move only friends into high position. I've seen good workers treated like garbage . I start off in good spirits. By the time I left the company I was miserable. But if you like drama and a  back stabbing  people this is your place. By the way there president is nothing but a cheating lying piece of garbage  No one in this company can't take responsibility.  If could give negative I would. Most importantly ask yourself why are they always hiring. Cause no one wants to work there

The people are amazing to work with but like every job you'll have some you won't get along with. It is a fast paced work on the line. If you got issues? Forget it. Management won't really listen to you especially if it is work related. They rather wait for someone to get physically hurt. 2 week shift rotation - 2 weeks days, then 2 weeks afternoons vice versa. Only 7 Family emergency days.
