On a typical day at dessau, I would arrive on a job site, greet the superintendent and foreman and proceed to assure the proper materials were being used, and structural components agreed with blueprints.  This included concrete quality measurements, sampling and recording various data depending on the type of work site.  Above ground work sites included road work, landscaping, hydro tunnels, sewer tunnels, subway tunnels.  
Management encouraged and supported me while I went back to school to complete university.  Education, certification, self improvement, healthy lifestyles were strongly supported.  Team work was strongly supported, my co-workers and I had each others backs.  Wild seasonal parties.  The hardest part of the job was the unpredictability of the clients, which Dessau management compensated for.

The lack of a proper document control group and company wide document control procedures weigh heavily on the quality of the deliverables and on the efforts to produce them. 

The willingness of the project management to always say Yes to  customers regardless of existing workload results in constant overloads and overtime due to urgent tasks added over and above the scheduled ones.

Excellent People to work with. I can Utilize my /knowledge and Experience. Most enjoyable part is work Independently and knowledge sharing.
