My time with DFB Driver was the most enjoyable time of my many years in the workforce. They believe in a fun but yet safe days work. It was very fast paced work, long shifts but it as a blur. I learned a lot about Construction, equipment and job site safety. The employees and Management were a joy to work with and for. The hardest part of  my job was seeing the end of the contract, being laid off. The most enjoyable was getting up and starting my work day, interacting with my coworkers and Management.

Construction project it was not well organized, the supervision was very busy with many tasks and unable to lead due to the work load.  Very unorganized however over all a happy bunch despite limited materials and delivery of supplies being late.  It is construction and the job is getting done on time.  I would work there again! the personnel were great to work with.

Great people, but very unorganized. Maintenance type work, jobs would come up unexpectedly, constantly breaking plans. Composite crews, therefore working outside your own trade often

Learned what my trade will entail and what will be involved pursuing the career. First look at the trade but since then I have become more knowledgeable and experienced.

this company hired me on in long harbour newfoundland  and i really enjoyed working for them. the people were good and the work was there to be done..

Great company, knowledgable staff. Opportunities to work on a variety of projects. Managers who still keep in touch even after the project is over....
