This is the most racist company I ever seen. And the worst company I’ve seen. 

They don’t care about anyone.
If you are not middle eastern, you are not accept. From the moment I walked in on the first day, NO ONE gave me a chance. Everyone gave me dirty looks , no one would talk to me .. not even the supervisor. They did not respect me but respect everyone else (first day employees, and long time employees) that were the same ethnicity. I was the only white person in the building. And would try to find anything to ‘let me go’. The owner or manager  whatever  he may be, literally watched us over us 24/7. Then would try to double check my work and remove what I had done , hoping he would see something wrong with it but there was not . But did not do that to anyone else. Just me. Then ‘let me go’ on a thing they made up that did not make sense. Everything and everyone is totally disgusting here. They treat there workers like slaves , and the other races like dirt

some of the line coordinators are rude and over worked let alone push people to do stuff they cannot do, and you could be hired for part time but be forced to work full time hours without benefits and be fired for following paperwork guidelines on health and safety (showing up sick is not allowed and feeling ill during work hours should allow you to go home) and taking the time off to get better is not allowed, so if you chose to work there try not to get sick, and most of all is the inexperienced forklift drivers they hire who drive into polls, and not to mention the lack of maintenance on equipment which is a health and safety issue, and furthermore the lack of respect shown to people who work there

Upon being hired as a forklift driver, I was told the job was full time at $19 for 8hr night shifts. My entire time working there, I only received one pay cheque over 40 hours. 
After 1 month in, hours started declining and shifts would get cancelled.
After about 3 months the night shift was completely gone, and I was now working a part time job, day shift with a decreased hourly wage( changed without any notice.) 
Many times when I got my  cheque, hours would be missing. Shifts would continue to decline and by Dec, I was now doing manual labour.  
Then 7 days before Christmas I was let go without cause.
Do not work for the company. On top of having a sad work environment, people are dishonest.

The company is garbage and very unprofessional to work for. They would under pay you and expect a load of work in return. Management does not know how to treat its employees with respect. Your not allowed to smile or either say a word to another employee. After working for couple of hours you would most likley get your fingers crammped and also some severe wrist injury. I would recommend everyone that being homless is better than too be working for these guys. I repeat DO NOT WORK FOR THESE GUYS THEY WOULD TREAT YOU LIKE SLAVES!!!!

This company prays on people who are desperate so they have a deal with social services to hire people who are on welfare.  Of course, this allows them to exploit their workers and pay them as low as possible.  Management here is the problem.  Upper management create the company culture and project it.  The management at DGN has no idea how to treat people with respect and dignity.  They will tell you to your face that it is your fault when they are the ones who made the mistake.  New staff, beware.  Old staff are bitter and will get you any chance they get.

my typical day  at  DGN was ok i met a lot of different people  worked in various areas on an assembly line or packaging  everyday you would come in sign in on digital sign in with your employee badge an then find where you need to work for the day  you will not work in the same building all the time and if you are a part time worker they cant grantee you  full time hours all the time and some of the team leaders   
have emotional issues and  will push u to work really fast

There is only one shift at this workplace (days) making it easy to balance your life alongside work.  There is room for advancement (ie; full-time) but not much in terms of salary/positions.  As a full-time worker, they get benefit packages which is a rarity these days.  They often have overtime/extra hours, on the other hand, if you need a day off they are accommodating.

Terrible work environment. I left best move I've ever made. They use people and pay them little. The owner watches every move as if he is some commander at a labor camp. You freeze in the winter and sweat in the summer, very unhealthy little lightning. People not allowed to smile or even say a word.  This is one place where burning your bridge is in no way a bad move.

I used to work here. It's a nice old school place to work. Not open to change for new ideas. I wish they also add some more workplace culture. What they care is you dedicate 1000% and get paid. Pay is not competitive. 

They want you to work your role and on top do other things in warehouse as warehouse labourer. 

The workplace is a very fast paced place. the job itself can be very stressful and overwhelming if you don't come up with a game plan. It's best to work ahead every chance you get or you'll find yourself in a position where you're always trying to keep up with the workload.
