My coworkers are what made this place tolerable, established good friendships with people who took me under theyre wing... Management were a complete joke. Nepotism on steroids, bunch entitled bullies walking around deliberately making life more difficult. Cronyism at its finest. One complaint about a managers inappropriate behavior and you would find yourself with a day off or put on different duties. Company went under from owners greed and mismanagement. I believe share holder fraud was happening.. I can write a book on my experience here on how NOT to manage a company. Only thing decent here were my coworkers.

My short three and a half years at Distinct has been nothing but a great experience. Starting off in an administrator position and working my way up through progress, development, hard work and determination Distinct has helped build me into the worker that I am today. 
Management is constantly encouraging me to do my best and to be the best I could be and I give many thanks for the mentoring and leading that they have assisted me with along the way. 
Distinct is a great place to work! I have learned so much in my time with the company and I would not give up my working experience for anything.

Ever since the union came into play here , everything went downhill.
I have never been in a company with so many lazy whiners in my life, and the best thing is they don't realize it, they actually think they are the best workers in the world. Management only promotes those who have kneepads. I think they got 3 years tops before they lose all there contracts because there Quality sucks in every aspect of Telecom.

I've only been working with this company for three months, and it's amazing how I find myself learning new things everyday.  Management is always so happy to help whenever it's needed. There's lots of opportunity for growth and the benefits are amazing. I'm really looking forward to continue working with this company and hopefully making a career out of it.

Good employees some bad managers.  I do enjoy working at this company, unfortunately with recent management changes there has been a lot more discontent within the employees. Also the work seems to be running out so there is always a fear of impending layoffs.

I had a fair time to grow and learn. Worked with the best ,as a team. If the company opened back up  today  I would be first in line to re- join,a great team. Like I say the company was the best but unfortunately,  some very  detrimental  bad decisions were made , at no fault to the  work force in the  field.

company closed with no warning. Ceo's stole money from the company. did not receive last pay check. Management was poor and there was no promotion from within the company they always look to bell to fill new positions

Fast past work environment that ate challenging at time.  Multicultural environment and get the chance to learn work as a team with different cultures 

Very accomodating and good team. Great relationship with owners and management staff. Understanding team and good workplace culture. Most enjoyable part of my job is interactiting with customers and ensuring deadlines are met.
