What I've learned over the past 10 years is that everyone learns differently and as well as at a different pace.  My role is to ensure they have all the tools to be as successful as possible by continuous mentoring and skill development for all sales associates. 

I cant say enough about the owners and the management team,  The hardest part about applying for a new career is actual making the decision to leave a company that treats you like family.  They have supported me throughout the years and always had my best interest in mind with my career path.  The owners are very actively involved in all aspects of the business.  Leaders, role models and mentors.

As a former receptionist at this dealership, I had the opportunity to observe many aspects of its daily operations. The environment was generally professional, and most of the staff maintained a courteous and respectful demeanor with customers. Sales and service teams worked hard to meet client needs, though like any busy dealership, there were times when wait times and communication could be improved. From the front desk, I often received positive feedback from customers, but also heard occasional concerns about follow-ups or clarity in pricing. Management was focused on sales performance, which sometimes meant high-pressure situations, but they also emphasized customer satisfaction. My role gave me insight into how much coordination it takes to keep everything running smoothly. While it wasn’t perfect, the dealership did strive to provide a solid customer experience. I’d say it’s a place worth visiting if you're shopping around and want to explore different vehicle options.



Donway is an un-stable environment for 2 reasons. First being the managers are emotional driven; depending on the sales people to pick up their slack. Have no interest in helping sales team

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was like a family until new ownership took over

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Monthly Deadlines , and making sure my bodymen made hours

- typical day involved mostly inventory management and guiding the sales specialist
- learned how to effectively lead a team and motivate others
-  the hardest part was finding profitable inventory to maintain used lot
- the best part was the people

Very friendly environment with helpful coworkers .I really enjoy working there.AT first i had a little hard time by finding costumers information and i was asking my manager for help but after that i find it very easy .i just loved working there .

I worked from home and enjoyed the flexibility.  I liked resolving problems between customers and management.  Everyday was a was a new experience and gave me an opportunity to utilize my communication skills.

I had a wonderful team and support network at donway ford. My managers were helpful and understanding the best technicians I've ever worked with helpful and understanding.

Bad environment and unfair for salary pay. I do not recommend this location. Also, it moved to Markville ford. It is same company and suck management. 

Service department is busy so if you are looking for work, there is no shortages. I would have stayed had it not been for the commute. Would recommend
