Never no what u are going to walk into when u go to where you are working info is very different then what was told by office . And people wanting u to do things not on your list and not being able to get a hold of anyone when u need . 
No shows or late and don’t tell u but can’t leave and they don’t now what to tell u and fighting for the overtime if I need to stay or stay later 

Overall good experience. Variety of hospital and home assignments. Most clients were a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed my time at working here except for some home visits would require more time than was allotted. Some client visits would be quite a distance to get to. 

You don’t have to go no where to find a job, in drake medox they are professional and they keep their words. Let’s work here it’s fun. They will also accommodate your schedule or need extra hours. It’s not difficult to open your availabilities. Working in the community is one of putting you into a full time schedules always nice to smile fresh air in between clients.

I like working for Medox. You can choose when you want to work and you can accept or refuse any shift offered to you. You are hired as a casual employee, so you can decide how much or little you want to work which works great for me as I have another job and I can take shifts with Medox that I can schedule around my other job. Lots of different shifts available.

PROS:

CONS:

- no salary upgrade
- no benefits other than vacation pay

Working with the company is always a joy. I feel comfortable with clients . Co-workers helping each other as a team. I feel supported with company  lots of room to learn.  Practical days at work is always a feeling of support from co-workers and supervisor. I am happy to work with drake medox . 

Drake Medox is a great place to work. As an employee I feel valued. Management is concerned with clients needs and providing continuity. No time for micro managing. Management will go the extra mile for employees and clients. Very rewarding place to work!

The lack of regard for employees in a "care" company is startling. You are a piece of meat to be put into dangerous situations at times and best not make a peep about if you want hours.

Drake Medox is a successful and great company to work for. If you are looking and only want to do casual or part-time they allow that. If you want full-time that is also available.

Was given a fair amount of shift opportunities.  Clear direction from coordinator.  Provided NVCI training at no-charge and paid for partial background checks.
