I've worked there for 6 years and it was mostly positive. But no raise in the last 4 years with the crazy inflation increase made it hard to stay above water.

 The guys that you are working with end up being like brothers. Amazing group of workers. I would take a bullet for atleast half of them.

Management on the other hand is lacking a bit. Very unstable hours. You can work a 14hour day and the next day there is next to no work so they tell you to stay home. After staying home 15-20 days in the first half of the year really made a huge dent in any savings I had.

I Work They for 17 year's and never got any awards of recognition for years of service.
And in my 15th year of service a inside sales position came up I want to management for the position to advance into the. Inside sales position. Got told do you have. Computer experience customer service experience to make a short story. Never got position and also inquired about other positions that come up same out come remind as driver until I left.
Good Co-workers not management at my time there.

Do not give pay increases, even after 3 years of hard work.   wieght records  hidden from you so you get cheated ( Calgary  location). Favortism, so you get hard ,low paying work. Manager drinks on the job and verbally  abusive. Job security  very low. Firings very common. Unsafe old trucks ( DOT magnets)Safety  not priority unproffesional . Stay away!!!

terrible company to work for . 6 month wait for benefits pay is a joke they lie to you about how much you will actually make   , very unorganized and you are worked to the point of exhaustion . there is no right to refuse unsafe work here as they will tell you to just get it done . If you want to be hurt and treated like a slave then go work here .

Avoid Dryco. Never are clear about weights no advancement and management calls employees boot fillers. Revolving door o employees. No one is encouraged to advance. Any new sales or management positions are people brought in from the outside never from within.

I started working with dryco in march 2015 the best decision I ever made these guys are awesome to work with. They give nice pay and long hours.They pay overtime everyday after 8 hrs.These guys are awesome.

I would never let any of my friends or family work there is general manager they have a not a good one for the job and he always says he will get help from other guys a trucks and doesn't

very long physical days, management favoured certain employees over others. work got slow in the winter months. most enjoyable part was getting to drive the trucks. hardest part of the job was lifting the drywall and steel

I worked inside sales, loved it. Stressful at times, but management was great. Very positive, helpful, good relationships. Interview was not intimidating and easy.  Left to pursue other opportunities but would return. 

The fast paced work environment was fun and always go go go, no lack of work and great people to make the days exciting. management was by far one of the best i have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with.
