Management does not deal with sub-par employees which causes decent ones to give up and stop trying. Very clicky and if someone doesn't like you they often gossip like school girls except their all sad middle aged moms. The HR is a joke and management advised me to avoid them at all costs. When I did go to HR management scolded me. 
Has potential as there are some decent humans in billing and customer service.

Smaller business, good team environment that supports staff and treats customers fairly. No issues with bosses, supervisor, managers, etc. Understand the needs of their employees at work and outside of it and are flexible and willing to work with you. Decent wage for the work that you do day to day, and they are willing to teach you things and help you progress in you role. 

If you have a limited skill set and want to begin a career in fixing things, not a bad place to start. Don’t look to stay too long, they’re not majorly invested in staff.
