As much as I liked the pay, the leadership and knowledge was nowhere to be found. Job bids lost because nobody knows how to bid. Changes all the time. They call you out for service calls not knowing when you'll be back or sometime no clue what the job is. The people in charge give lower qualified works the authority over someone with years of experience and wonder why things take for ever to finish and get finished properly.

Multiple blueprint changes as the work progresses all the mistakes that were changed then fall on the construction side and not the draftsperson that made the mistake. Plans change from hour to hour and as a welder i assumed i was going to weld majority of the day which was not the case i was put on a grinder for nearly 5 straight months cutting material.

very hard place to work with all the games being played by the construction foreman and the construction workers in the shop always trying to get out of work make up stories behind your back and throw you under the bus in a moments notice. To bad could be great their.

I have worked at DyTerra for a little over 6 years and it’s a great place to work. 
There are times when the work gets very busy and face paced, while at other times it’s relaxed. 
Overall, it’s a great place to work.

Take incoming phone calls from customers and order parts as required and did the same for the back shop work orders.  Good group of guys to work with and decent management.

Just totally clueless   Winnipeg is just as bad as Saskatoon.  They pull a horseshoe out of there back end every year tho.  But yes move along if your looking for a job with them.   One day working next day gone.

Exciting to come to work everyday. I developed friends with others. I also learned a lot from them and the nice thing about this company they are very organized in everything. 

A lot of travel with little to no incentives. The bottom dollar was more important than the safety on the job. Poorly organized shop and field services.

Good place fun good people always something new to do learn lots always treated you like family was never a problem to get a day off if you had personal things you needed to do 

Poor underpaid treaded poorly unorganized 
No respect rude poor management understaffed treated like I was disposable cheap poor communication dangerous
