You are treated as a number and not a human being. There is no flexibility. The company still needs a lot of improvements with their policies and procedures. They are still very archaic and require to change their ideas in order to gain and keep good talent. As far as production is concerned, there has been constant delays and lack of causing lots of customer complaints. I would not recommend this company.

I worked here about 2 years during the new management take over.  Operation went from bad to worse. Highly mismanaged operation. Poor middle management. Broken down machines      ( no ft Mechanic). Unfixed toilets, urinals ( because plumbers are expensive). High staff turnover, No unforms, dirty environment. It's a place you go to when you got absolutely nothing,,,,

Very unfair Management,plays favorites with certain employees,they know nothing on how to run a warehouse,heavy turnover at the Company.HR is very Biased fire people for almost no reason,don't waste your time at this going no where Company!!

Its fun and interesting work it doesn't make you feel bored while working as you can play music and you chat with your partner at work. The manager is very friendly, like i said workers are very friendy so, when you start at work you'll feel comfortable and easy to mingle with them.

the company is very unorganized,managament is very rude HR is very biased towards some and favoritism to certain other people,i was so unimpressed by the branch managers lack of knowledge and judge of character!

the place and environment is very clean,the people are very nice and friendly. They dont pressure you or anything once your doing your work and it is a easy work because it is a order picking air filter company.

The company was up to my expectation and it has a good distribution among Canada. The experience is vital to me and to my knowledge. Co-workers are friendly in their behaviour and the workplace maintain a steady decorum.

Awful atmosphere. Bossy co-worker. 
No support from Manager. 
Did my job well but no support to improve. 
Customers were more helpful than my co-worker and manager. 
Toxic work place!!! Dirty work place. 


it was very stressful and the new management were very controling and unprofessional.They were very inconsiderate when it comes to their staff, i have back problems and they were trying to put me in a department where it would increase my back problems.
