Good Learning experience working for the company,
Very poor management organization,
really bad job security, fires people all the time for "no reason",
Doesn't help employees having hard times,
Favoritism for employees, unfair wages,
Good Co-workers,
Management changes all the time due to fires and reorganization.
Dirty environment but expected for factory.
Poor Machine Care.

Only suggest working for union to protect job security.

CEO not so much, very unprofessional, unorganized.

Jobs pretty easy but management is terrible forced me to operate crane without any license trained run a line and shift for 2 days then thrown to the wolves then complain about production,  supervisors don't know what they are doing, set ups are arrogant and overall they don't care about you! Terrible place to be employed would never work there in my life again JUST GO FOR THE PAYCHEQUE DONT BOTHER GIVING ANY EFFORT THEY WILL FIRE YOU REGARDLESS 

In less then two years, 2 CNC Tech/Supervisors quit after only working less then a week. Maybe because the current VicePresident dose not want a machining department. An excellent and knowledgeable CNC Tech/Supervisor was let go due to restructuring. If you like very dirty factory settings, below average benefits for such a large facility, no pension, overtime pay per each full hour worked only. The list goes on.

Overall, it's not too bad of a job. The management is unorganized or virtually unhelpful, but other co-workers, at least the ones that show up, are often nice and helpful. It's very dirty but expected of this type of business. I wouldn't say don't work here, but there's definitely always something better.

It’s important to be unbiased when reviewing past employment.

- Dajcor does not pay well but has a lot of potential to be a great employer.

- Some of the worst communication and disfunction I have witnessed within a company. Management does not lead well and it shows throughout the overall group.

I was hired and laid off within 6 weeks, along with all the people hired in my group.  From what I could gather we were hired to fix a problem with scuffing/scratches on aluminum bars that went on Nissan SUV's, and once that problem was taken care of we were all let go less than a month before Christmas.

Fair  equal sharing of the jobs/work  employees work well the demands of the customers orders in a work safe manner ,to the highest quality possible .

Worst place I ever worked in my life.Expected to work for 14 dollars an hour but have to work like I have been there for nine years and it was my first day. Never work there lied to about everything ppl there seemed frustrated over worked under paid Company is moving to Kentucky and no one there gets it

Not a place you want to work for long. High employee/management turnover, low morale, average to low wages and average benefits. Many different chemicals are used throughout the building, which leads to long term exposure and very poor air quality. The owners are extremely cheap.
