The hiring process was very efficient:

1 - Phone Screen Interview
2 - Teams Interview
3 - In-person interview

A reponse was given right away, without waiting in limbo and wondering if you got the job.  The overall hiring process was done within 1.5 week. 

The onboarding process is also commendable. From day one, I felt welcomed and well-supported. The training provided was thorough, and the team made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and equipped with all the resources I needed to succeed. It's clear that Damotech values its employees and invests in their growth from the very beginning.

I'm a newcomer at Damotech, and to be honest, I didn't have high expectations since I had no prior experience in the racking industry.

However, the onboarding process has been smooth and well-structured, without being overwhelming. I've had the chance to meet each department, understand their roles, and see where we fit within the industry. It's exciting to witness the company's rapid growth and progress, and it feels great to be a part of it.

As I've settled in, I've gotten to know my colleagues and learned about the company culture and inspiring stories about the CEO. After spending 12 years at an exceptional company and being doubtful about finding a workplace with similar values, I'm pleased to say I might have found that here! Based on my experience so far, Damotech stands out as a fantastic place to work for — stress-free and rewarding. 

I have worked at Damotech for more than a year and a half as a Project Engineer and I have grown in ways I could not have imagined possible when I initially got in. The work environment is stress-free and filled with growth in knowledge, skills and experiences. The work-life balance is very clearly defined and the work load that I had to take in was never too much. I got to know my colleagues on a personal level and they grew to become close friends that I will cherish for a lifetime. I travelled North America, got to see places I wouldn't have been able to see otherwise and acquired technical skills and knowledge that will surely help me moving forward in my professional career. New engineering graduates or experienced, both were welcomed and valued for their skills. I loved my time there. 

Damotech is a company for professionals who enjoy having no technical challenge meaning there is no place to grow/move up as an engineer
The managers are always micro-managing their employees . 
Vacation is 4 weeks but  cannot take 4 weeks all at once, it has to be divided in 1 week slots
Salary and benefits are extremely poor for travelling To USA during COVID
Restaurants are located close to the office but it is considered unprofessional by management to grab a coffee from the local coffee shop during your break.

Overall great experience at a company that stands by its value. Reachable and collaborative management that listen to your needs. The traveling is fun and you get to explore a lot of great places (food, parking, gas all included). If you are a recent graduate this is the job for you! Not enough? Free coffee and hot coco machine :)

It is such a pleasant and fun place to work. People are positive and so helpful, management included. 
Great social activities and fun events to look forward to, it is a great way to get to know the staff. 
Hard work that is appreciated and does not go unnoticed. 
I love the balance of work at home and and office. 
Modern and clean office space. Fast growing company. Owner is super generous. 
It really is a great place to work, best one I have found after many years with companies were I felt unappreciated. A refreshing change! 

I have been with Damotech for a number years and it's growth never ceases to amaze me. They pride themselves on company culture which translates to the longevity of their employees. 

The team I collaborate with on a daily basis offers a great amount of support. It's allowed me to grow in my role and forge trusting relationships with my colleagues.

Damotech is a growing company that has a big potential. The racking industry is fairly niche and damotech has a big marcket share. The people are very nice and encouraging. The job as an engineer is very stressless. That being said you still have to deliver on your duties just like another job. The company has a lot of events and the president is very cool. The job of an inspector does reach a plateau at a certain point. However, you can develop a lot of skills with internal projects. 

Excellent work environment (friendly coworkers and managers).
Good communication (with supervisor and coworkers)
Adequate period of training for new employees.
